1. Description of Service

Viaeto, developed by KiboRack, is a productivity application designed to help users focus on study goals through timers, gamification (XP, levels, achievements), and social features (leaderboards, friends).

2. User Accounts

• Registration: Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
• Streaks & Data: While we strive for 100% uptime, Kibo Rack is not liable for lost study streaks or XP due to technical glitches.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pricing: 600 JPY per month / 6,000 JPY per year.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, subject to the policies of the platform (Apple App Store/Google Play Store).

4. User Conduct & Leaderboards

• Users agree not to use offensive names or profile pictures.
• Cheating or manipulating the timer/XP system to climb leaderboards is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• KiboRack reserves the right to remove users from global leaderboards for violating community standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software code within Viaeto are the property of Kibo Rack. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal study.
